These Terms govern your use of Manzilo, the property management platform operated by Manzilo Solutions L.L.C. By creating an account, or by using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf and that you are at least 18 years old.
Using the platform
Manzilo is provided on a subscription basis priced per unit, billed monthly or annually in the local currency of the GCC market under which you signed up. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you put into the platform, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for using the service in line with applicable law. You agree not to misuse the platform — for example, by attempting to access other users' accounts, uploading malicious content, or violating WhatsApp's Business Solution Terms, which apply to messages we send and receive on your behalf. We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Either party can end the agreement at any time. You can cancel from your account settings, and we can suspend or close your account if these Terms are breached. All intellectual property in the platform remains ours; your data remains yours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai. If you have questions about these Terms, email legal@manzilo.com.
